Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Luckacco Jewelry and Watch Store. We truly appreciate your trust in our brand and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our international supply chain, especially with products shipped from multiple warehouses, we kindly ask you to read our return policy carefully before placing an order.


 Eligible Returns

We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Item Received
    If you received a rug that is different in size, color, or design from your order.

  2. Defective or Damaged Item
    If the product arrives with visible damage, tears, or manufacturing defects.

  3. Lost Package
    If your order has not arrived within 60 days from the order date (due to international shipping delays), and tracking shows no updates.

To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product, and provide:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind or no longer want the item

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Slight color differences due to screen settings or lighting

  • Slight size variations (±3cm) due to manual measurement


📦 Return Process

If your return is approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund (depending on the issue)

  • For defective items, you usually do not need to send the product back

  • For eligible physical returns, return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the fault is on our side


 Processing Time

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.
